Before any contract is drafted, the person handling arrangements is entitled to a copy of any preneed agreement we have that was signed and paid for, in full or in part, by or on behalf of the decedent.
You may choose only the items you want. Every funeral arrangement includes a charge for our basic services and overhead. If law or other requirements mean we must add an item you did not select, we will explain that in writing on your statement. This list does not include cemetery property, long-distance transportation, flowers, or newspaper notices. Those, if used, appear on your statement.

Professional services

| Embalming Except in certain cases, embalming is not required by law. It may be needed if you choose a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you can usually choose arrangements that do not require it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial. | $700 |

An autopsy, organ, or tissue recovery is a surgical procedure. We may require embalming or restoration before bathing, dressing, casketing, or viewing after autopsy, trauma, or donation. That call is made by the funeral director.

Merchandise
